So how can you do that? Well, to begin with you'll see a menu on the right starting with 'Information – for all' then 'Specific Information' and 'Support Groups' etc. Click on any of those links underneath these headings and you'll be presented with all the posts for that topic. Once you've found a post which interests you, click on the link (typically at the very bottom of the post) to go directly to the website.
